planning, and elected official-community relationships.
Success Stories
Neu & Company has been very successful in addressing the needs of
entities in all three sectors that it serves. A few examples are listed.
City Governments
Prior Lake, Minnesota
Developed strategic leadership plan for the city. Mayor Jack Haugen
says, "It is one of the best things we've ever done."
Eagan, Minnesota
City Council leadership development and goal setting linking the city’s
leadership values and goals to the Baldrige Criteria for Performance
Excellence.
Windsor, Colorado
Establishing Windsor 2020 - a town-sponsored, community-created strategic
plan for the Town of Windsor capturing "the hopes and dreams
for the future" of a community's residents and establishing a
"workable and measurable 'roadmap' to that future."
Prescott Valley, Arizona

goals and priorities for the town, council and management staff.
County Governments
Arapahoe County, Colorado

Commissioners including defining goals for supporting the creation
of the new City of Centennial - the largest incorporation in the nation’s
history; population of 107,000.
City and County Associations
Association of Oregon Counties
Established a "systems" approach to service delivery that
unites local governments as partners on a continuum of service in
meeting the needs of all citizens (constituencies shared among all
jurisdictions). This new framework focuses on major public service
categories (i.e., public safety and community development) as a collection
of programs and activities that are shared by all levels of government
having a common impact on all citizens served by those jurisdictions.
The focus is to enable the whole system to work and empower each government
entity to fulfill its contribution to its system's quality performance
of maximum benefits to citizens.
League of Minnesota Cities
Newly-elected officials workshops for council members and workshops
for experienced-elected officials on strategic decision making and
integrity in public service (conducted annually).
